COVID-19 Facts & procedures

Welcome to LoneStar! Please read to get familiar with our COVID-19 Procedures:

  • We encourage reserving appointments due to our extremely high volume of requests. We often will not be able to accommodate walk-ins.

  • Only one guest per appointment. Although we are able to operate at full capacity, please do not bring friends or family with you to help us limit the number of people inside the salon and encourage a relaxing experience to all our guests.

  • Although we are not requiring signed waivers verifying health, we do ask that ANY sign of sickness is reason to reschedule. If you show signs of COVID-19 like symptoms, please call us immediately.

  • Any non health related last minute cancellation will be subject to a no-show fee. Please see policies.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please respond to your confirmation text to let us know you are "here". One of our team members will let you know when your service provider is ready. If you do not receive a return text within a minute or two, please call or text the main line at (360)943-9004. Please note, due the high volume of calls and texts, we ask for your grace & patience.

  • Our beverage bar is back up and running! We are so excited to serve you!

  • Upon entering the salon, please wash your hands and help us follow proper social distancing recommendations per the CDC during your visit!

  • Masks with ear straps will be required for all guests and all staff regardless of vaccine status. If you do not have a mask, or do not have one in the style that will allow for your service to be performed, we will have one available for you.

  • Throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic we have taken all reasonable and required safety measures in an effort to promote the safety of our staff and clients. As vaccines become more readily available we are continuing to follow good safety practices as recommended by the CDC and required by local and state authorities. Because of legal confidentiality and privacy requirements, we cannot share with you information regarding the vaccine status of any of our staff.
