COVID-19 Facts & Waiver

Welcome back! Please read to get familiar with our COVID-19 Procedures:

  • Currently, we are only taking reserved appointments. We will not be accepting walk-ins

  • Only one guest per appointment. Please do not bring friends or family with you to help us limit the number of people inside the salon.

  • Please be sure to fill out your online waiver no more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. We do have printed copies in the case one is needed.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please respond to (564) 999-7570 to notify us. One of our team members will let you know when your service provider is ready. If you do not receive a return text, please call the main line at (360)943-9004.

  • Please leave extra items (such as jackets, laptops, briefcases, extra bags, etc.) in your vehicle.

  • Unfortunately, we will not be offering our beverage bar, so please bring a drink if needed.

  • Masks with ear straps will be required for all guests and staff. If you do not have a mask, or do not have one in the style that will allow for your service to be performed, we will have one available for purchase.

  • A detailed copy of our comprehensive COVID-19 plan is available for viewing if requested.

  • Although we would love to give our guests a big hug, we can’t right now.

  • Upon entering the salon, please wash your hands and help us follow proper social distancing requirements during your visit!
